Avraam (Avi) Fried – Chairman & CEO
Avi Fried was appointed chief executive officer in April 2008, and named chairman of the board of directors in August 2008. He currently serves on the boards of Celbrus, Tribase and GPT. Prior to this Avi was the chairman of the board of Mplicity, General of Manager of Magma Israel, CEO and President of Msafe Inc., General Manager of Avanti Corp Europe, General Manager of Cadence Israel and the Area Director for QuickTurn Israel.
Avi holds a PhD degree in Mathematics.
Alan Avidan – President OzVision Global
Alan Avidan is a senior security industry executive with over 15 years experience in the commercial, military and homeland security sectors. Alan has co-founded and led a high-tech company within the security/advanced wireless communications space. MadahCom, Inc. established itself as a world leader in its field, and achieved rapid profitable growth through its flagship product line WAVES® (Wireless Audio Visual Emergency System).
In April 2007 MadahCom, Inc. was acquired by Cooper Industries (NYSE:CBE) and now forms the core of the Cooper Notification Division.
He is recognized within the industry as a world-expert on anti-terrorism alerting systems, and has been invited to address major security conferences and events, both commercial and military, including ISC, ASIS, NFPA, NSCA, US Pacific Command ATFP and PSEAG.
Alan joined OzVision as President in April 2008. He holds a PhD in Engineering and an Executive MBA
Avi Lupo – President Security Division
Avi Lupo has more than 20 years of experience in the security industry and was instrumental in establishing the company as a leading developer of advanced video solutions for the security monitoring market. Prior to joining OzVision, Avi was CEO of Scan Group International, a group of three electronic security and monitoring stations in Israel. He was also CEO of Israel-based Vegal Industries.
Erez Freibach – Chief Finance and Operation Officer
Erez Friebach joined OzVision in 2004 as CFO and VP of operation. During 2007 Erez was the acting CEO of OzVision until Avi Fried joined the company. Erez's previous experience includes being CFO and VP Finance in Atrica, VP Operations in Atrica, Finance manager at 3Com, and budget and control manager at Indigo (HP).
Yaakov Karsenty – VP Engineering
Yaakov Karsenty is an engineering executive with 20 years experience in the communication, surveillance, VoIP, vdeo processing, and cellular arenas. He has managed both small and large development teams in startup and in large companies alike. Previously he held the VP Engineering positions at Buzz V.C., Mate, VCON and Telrad.
Aviv Venture Capital (http://www.avivvc.com) - "Aviv" invests in Israeli related unique technology companies focusing on mid stage companies that are at the phase of transforming from an "R&D project" to a "full scale" company.
Kardan Communications (http://www.kardan.nl) - Kardan Israel Ltd. is a leading Israeli holding and investment company. The company was established in 1982 and is traded on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange (in the TA-100 list).
